FHA Approved CONDO’s In Pleasanton, CA May 2010

Earlier this year the guidelines for FHA loans for condominium projects changed. Instead of lenders being able to “spot approve” a unit within a condo project, now the entire building is to be approved. for FHA to insure the loan In new condo buildings, at least 50 percent of units must be sold in order to be FHA approved.

Pleasanton currently has 3 Condo projects that are currently FHA approved, enabling buyers to purchase with down payments as low as 3.5 percent. Currently FHA condos approved are as followes:

  • Smoketree Commons- 3302-3498 Smoketree Commons Dr
  • The Wellington- 5483 Black Ave
