Sunday Dec 2^nd my favorite Pleasanton Luxury Green Real Estate Team Donna Garrison and Susan Schall of Keller Williams will be holding an open house at 951 Mingoia St, Pleasanton CA.  This very “GREEN” home is located in Pleasanton‘s Avignon Community built in 2006 by Centex homes. You must see this home to believe what it has to offer.

I challenge you to find GREEN Real Estate in the Bay Area that can match this.

As a Real Estate Broker I have the opportunity to view many homes and I believe the amenities on Mingoia Street are above the rest.
