Electronic Signature Services: Leave the piles and piles of wasted paper behind-

It was a good reminder reading a fellow Real Estate Professional’s, and owner of a Boutique Real Estate Company, 3 Oceans Real Estate web article highlighting the use of electronic signatures services. It wasn’t too long ago I highlighted the Green Mortgage Loan service myself but for a different reason. Close to a year ago I detailed it as a must have technology for the future of Mortgage Loan’s and the best overall client experience. Now…….I’m going to point out the second passion and GREEN goal of my business. Yes we are on the cutting edge of technology; but for what?  Customer service and the best experience is job one but social responsibility is of utmost concern. Electronic signature services provided by Docusign, not only allow my clients to experience the next generation of Mortgage Brokering, but also the new generation of GREEN Real Estate.  Docusign saves (Per their website): 10,000,000 Sheets of paper and counting, which equates to: 2,500 Trees 56,000 Gallons of Oil 450 Cubic Yards of Landfill space 595,000 Kilowatts of energy
